Delivery times
We despatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving your order, by NZ Post services. For orders placed before 12.00 noon, these will be sent the same day. For orders placed after 12.00 noon, these will be sent the next working day.
Express delivery is a 1-2 day service provided by NZ Post Courier service. This service is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12:00 noon. It does not guarantee Saturday delivery (although we have experienced that they do occasionally deliver such parcels on Saturdays). These deliveries do not need to be signed for.
If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund your money straight away.
If your parcel has not arrived with 3-4 working days, please advise us by email to: enquiries@justswimwear.co.nz or phone us on 0210372977 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
When your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email advising you of this. If the parcel has been sent on an Express or other Signed for service, the tracking number will be on this email.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, and Paypal. These include Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Delta Visa, Electron Visa.
If you would like to pay directly to our bank, this is also an option when you check out.

You may return items to us, at any time within one month of receipt, for any reason. We are happy to give you a full refund (excluding any postage charges incurred).
How to return:
When returning any item:
Please note: we cannot accept any item back for refund that is not in its original condition and original packaging, that has been worn or marked, that has been washed, or has had any labels detached.
Please enclose a note with your name, address and date of your order together with details of the item you are returning.
Please take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by a Tracked service. Always retain proof of postage.
Goods are returned to Just Swimwear at your own expense. Just Swimwear cannot be held responsible for parcels which fail to reach us or are damaged in transit, and we will be unable to process your return until it is received back. Send your goods back to:

Alternative items/ exchanges - FREE SHIPPING
If you require items in larger/smaller sizes than which you originally ordered:
1. Return the unwanted items along with a note detailing your name, address and order number. We will refund the items when we receive them back.
2. Place a new order on our website. Use the code EXCHFREE to get free shipping on your replacement item.
This is the fastest way to receive your exchange items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1 week of receipt of the items back, after they have been fully inspected by our Returns team.
You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.
This Returns policy is in addition to, and exceeds, your Statutory Rights.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know at enquiries@justswimwear.co.nz and we will exchange it or refund as required. We sometimes need you to send the item back to us, and we will be happy to reimburse you the postage costs incurred. Again, items must be sent back by a tracked delivery service, retaining your Proof of Postage.
Discounts
Various discounts including special price offers, multi-buys or free postage may from time to time be given at our discretion. If you accept a discount that is subject to a minimum total order and the value of goods returned for a refund then causes that total order to fall below the minimum value then we shall be entitled to reduce the refund amount in order to reclaim the value of the discount.
